**The following agreement applies if you are interested in receiving sample books from Norbar Fabrics:
 

WELCOME TO NORBAR FABRICS SAMPLE BOOK PROGRAM

In order to receive sample books from Norbar Fabrics, a processing fee of $50.00 must be received prior to books being sent to you. This processing fee covers the initial cost of setting up your account, defrays the cost of shipping, and allows us to send you free sample books going forward based on your volume with us. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover or you can send a check made payable to Norbar Fabrics Company.

REBATE PROGRAM

After you receive your collection of books we will begin to monitor and review your orders on a daily basis. As you order, we will continue to send you FREE SAMPLE BOOKS! If your sales reach a total of $500.00 within one year of the issue date we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of $50.00 to be used on future orders. The sooner you reach the $500.00 mark, the faster you will receive your rebate!


BOOK RETURN PROGRAM

There are tremendous costs involved to produce the beautiful fabric collections you will receive. While we are happy to send you this product, we would like to remind you that these collections are limited in number and once books are distributed they are rarely reproduced. As a result, if you do not place any orders within 120 days from the shipment date, we reserve the right to have the books returned at your expense.
